The ACCE Community of Practice, Specialisation Disability, (CoP) was established to support schools, school practitioners and pathway coordinators to deliver career services that improve transition outcomes for young people with disability. The CoP provides an opportunity for members to connect and come together to discuss and explore strategies for facilitating the transition of students and young people with disabilities into the workforce.  In 2024 the CoP (Disability) will engage guest speakers on key topics such as:

•School to work Transition Ideas

•Connecting with NDIS providers

•Adaptive technologies for work

•Work Experience
