Payment Information

To pay for your counselling session, please use the PayWay link that was emailed to you after completing the booking form.

Once you are directed to the Westpac PayWay portal, you will be prompted to enter your Debit or Credit card details.  Please use your name as the Invoice reference Number. Your payment amount will be the cost of the session you chose when completing the initial form, and you can find this amount in this confirmation email. A bank surcharge applies when using this service. Once your payment has been made and received, you will be sent a link to book your session. 

Cancellations - Refunds

To receive a full refund, you will need to cancel at least 48 hours prior to your booking, except in the case of any payment for a career tool (Morrisby, ERS etc). The amount of the career tool once used is not refundable and will be deducted from any refund. Refunds will take up to 3 days to be processed and received at your bank.
