The Australian Centre for Career Education (ACCE) provides person-centred career counselling for people of any age or ability. Whether you are transitioning from education to work, looking for work, are underemployed, want to increase your work readiness and employability, are unsure of work or training options or are looking for a career change. Professional Career Counsellors help you navigate and understand your career options and give you the tools and confidence needed to work towards and pursue your career goals.
We offer a wide range of career development services and can support you with structured skills to build the career you want. Our professional career counsellors can improve your work readiness so you can gain and successfully sustain employment. We are a licensed associate and training provider for the internationally validated Employment Readiness Scale™ (ERS) - a self-assessment tool that helps identify how ready you are for work. The ERS is included in our counselling services and provides you with a career action plan. During your session, our career counsellor will explain your action plan and help you identify the most useful supports and actions needed to reach your goals.
