The ACCE is a professional not for profit association providing career development and education services to professionals, nonprofessionals and the wider community.

The ACCE provides a wide range of consultancy services to:

• education providers
• schools
• government departments
• industry
• not for profit and community agencies on a range of topics in the career development and education field. 

 

The following represents some of the requested services that have been provided recently:

• Benchmarking Careers Services: uses the ACCE Quality Career Development Quality Benchmarks for good practice , a guided assessment of services, programs and resources. The tool is designed to assist individuals and organisations who are involved in delivering career development programs for people throughout Australia. Qualified bench markers attend your work place to work with staff to identify gaps in quality provision and assist you to design an action plan for your careers service.
• Making Successful Transitions: This involves a 3 stage intervention program spanning February to October aimed at improving careers focus for young people. The program is particularly helpful for young people and adults who may have difficulty in decision making in relation to career and life goals.
• Career development seminars: a wide range of professional learning programs customized for  staff requiring the underpinning knowledge and skills to support subject selection, course selection, professional development planning, goal setting  and transition planning.
• Student Workshops: Career and pathway planning and preparation for subject selection, course selection and transition planning. Students receive a careers resource folder. 
• Vocational Assessment Workshops for online assessment tools: qualified master trainers deliver accredited training in Career Voyage or Morrisby Online.
• Parent presentation and workshops - preparing for transition: The CEAV customise, prepare and can deliver information workshops for different parent cohorts approaching transition points.

The ACCE can provide customised onsite professional learning programs for all schools and community agencies to improve their career education programs. Consultancy fees:

$240 per hour (plus GST)

$880 half day (4 hours - plus GST)

$1,500 full day (7 hours - plus GST)

 

Benchmarking Fees:

Please note these costs are for single schools. Multiple campus schools, government and education departments please contact CEAV Institute on 9433 8000 to request a group fee.
